Shirley has been practicing hypnotherapy for 8 years, working with health issues such as stress and anxiety, weight problems, habit cessation as well as mental blocks of all kinds. She believes hypnotherapy plays a major roll in supporting optimum health, as a relaxing and healing factor for the entire body and mind. Shirley uses hypnotherapy and guided imagery as a reliable method of quieting the mind while cutting out the constant brain chatter, creating a quiet space where new perspectives can be developed. Hypnosis is a massage for the mind. Shirley helps clients tap into their own tremendous powers of imagination so they can be the architects of their lives and uncover answers that have been long buried in their subconscious mind. There is no magic, simply a state of mind that we have overlooked. “My clients create their own healing. I am a guide in that experience.”
Tap into the power of the unconscious; train your mind to work for you.

Jennifer took her first Pilates lesson over eight years ago to assist her in the recovery from a dance injury. She quickly took steps to become a trainer herself upon noticing how effective Pilates was to get her back into dance class from her injury all while improving her core strength and dance technique. Now a Pilates instructor and massage therapist, Jenn strives to help others find the most ideal movement patterns for everyone she meets. Her trainings in Myofacial and CranioSacral massage forms give her a unique eye for analyzing the body when teaching movement. Currently Jenn is taking prerequisite science courses so she can pursue her dream of becoming a Doctor of Osteopathy. She brings her scientific understanding of the body and applies her new knowledge whenever possible.
